Syniverse Messaging Trust (MT) offers spam/fraud detection services using the Advanced AI/ML model on a global scale.  It provides SMS and MMS content scanning and analysis to determine the message content type and classification.  It identifies bad messages that should be blocked and allows good messages to reach their destination.

The Syniverse Messaging Trust service:

• Accurately and proactively monitors and removes identified spam/fraud from all message flows.
• Uses machine learning algorithms and a rules-based engine to rapidly review message content and automatically identify clusters (patterns) of messages that appear to be spam.
• Prevents re-initiation of known spam campaigns under new MSISDNs.
• Maintains subscriber privacy by anonymizing any personal information.
