Syniverse Messaging Trust is built on an advanced AI/ML model, allowing it to accurately filter huge quantities of messages with ease via API. Syniverse Messaging Trust offers two APIs.

Syniverse MT Resolver API

Resolver API gathers the opinions from the ensemble of AI/ML classifiers

and then executes whatever logic is required to “resolve” the final disposition of the message.

Syniverse MT Spam Reports API

Spam Reports API provides Syniverse partners with a simple JSON API for relaying streams of consumer SPAM (7726) complaint records.

Reports received by Syniverse Messaging Trust will be:

• Classified according to MTR’s AI / NLP classification models
• Retained for a configurable duration
• Analyzed in offline ML training, clustering, and OTL workflows.
