Campaign Provisioning:

The provisioning flow for transactions to the AT&T gateway platform is independent of the T-Mobile provisioning flow.

As part of the AT&T gateway platform (AAMG) provisioning, there is no MNO requirement to provision the campaign to AAMG.  From an AT&T provisioning perspective, the campaign can be considered as 'Deployed' following Syniverse vetting and approval.

There is no customer action required for the registering of the campaign to AT&T.
